We embrace a simple privacy policy that only has a few elements, aimed at maintaining strict confidentiality and a good relationship with our customers and visitors to the site.

1. Information submitted by customer for orders:

a. Order and shipping information is used only by the person or persons necessary  to process and ship the order. This may be principals or employees of Millennia Wood.

b. On-line credit card orders are processed, verified and cleared through PayPal, using SSL technology. Millennia Wood does not receive copies of, or even see, credit card information.

d. Customer order information will be kept on file for three years.

e. We may, from time to time, compile broad statistics of aggregate sales and communications for purposes of analyzing website performance, however such statistical information will be stripped of any personal identifying information. Your personal and order information will not be shared with other companies.

2. Other communications.

a. Other communications, such as emails will remain confidential. Occasionally, we may request permission of the customer to use an edited  quote or excerpt from a customer communication, such as a testimonial. If such permission is granted, the customer will be asked to approve any such quote, or excerpt, in the actual form in which it will be used, prior to publication. Any personal information for attribution will be limited. For example: "Bill M. of Seattle WA"

3. Statistics gathered by the Website.

In the normal course of operation, our website gathers various statistical data when it is visited. There is no personal data connected with these statistics. This data consists of such things as number of visits the site has received over hourly and weekly periods; which pages are visited, for how long;   the sequence of pages accessed; IP network addresses originating requests for site pages, giving us a rough idea of their geographic areas. This information is available both to us and our Web Host, allowing us to do some evaluation of both site elements and bandwidth utilization, and will only be used internally.

4. Legal Disclosures:

Millennia Wood may disclose your personal information if:  a) required by law to do so, or if we believe it is necessary to conform to statutory law or legal processes served on us, b) protect and defend the rights or property of Millennia Wood, or,  c) in unusual circumstances, protect the personal safety of Millennia Wood, our employees and customers, the site or the public.

5. Email advertising:

Currently, we have to plan no send out mailings to our customer base.  However, in the future, there may be circumstances or event(s) connected with the our site that may prompt us to do so. In the event such a mailing takes place, the mailing will include a simple mechanism allowing the recipient to choose to be excluded from future mailings. We will not send out a mailing on behalf of another company, nor will we share any portion of our customer database with an outside company.
