How to Order

To facilitate ordering your custom box, please first review the section on How to Choose Images.
Go to our Custom Order form, and fill in the necessary information. Due to variables such as size of box, nature of the grain on each piece of wood, type and source of image to be applied, we can't quote an exact price until we have this information. To help you arrive at an estimated cost for your custom box, we have published a broad pricing guideline.
Once you have entered all the required information, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. The next screen you see will be confirmation of the information that has now been emailed to us. It would be a good idea to print this out for future reference.
Within 48 hours, we will email you with a quoted price for your finished custom box, or a request for additional information, if necessary.
The price quote will include payment instructions for payment by either check or credit card. Once your payment is cleared we can begin crafting your custom box. Payments made by out-of-state checks usually require 7 to 10 business days to clear, where credit card payment usually clears the same day payment is received.
Shipment date for your custom box will vary due to seasonal demand, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks.
We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.
